•	Photos should be submitted electronically in .jpg, .tif, or .gif format.
•	Photos should be high resolution (a minimum of 1000 x 1400 pixels)
•	Photos must be your original work for which you possess all necessary rights. You also certify that the images submitted have never been copyrighted or, if copyrighted, that you own the copyright.
•	Purdue University has the right to edit, adapt and publish any or all submissions, and may use them in any media without attribution or compensation to you or any other entity.
•	Photos which have been “staged” and which include clearly identifiable individuals, must be accompanied by a signed model-release form available here.
•	You may enter the contest as many times as you would like, but each submission must be sent in a separate e-mail.
•	Awards may be subject to income tax in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

  Photos will be judged on their quality, composition, and adherence to the theme
  “Winter at Purdue.” Furthermore, the ideal photo may:

•	Be taken by a graduate student
•	Offer insight into fun winter activities available to Purdue students
•	Include people, preferably but not necessarily, graduate students
•	Include a reference to Purdue, either by location, an article of clothing, etc.

Contest winners will be notified by April 30, 2008 by email.
