Maximize your presence at the Big Ten+ Graduate School Expo by advertising in the event program or on the event Web site. Whether or not you are attending the event in person, you can still connect with Grad Expo attendees!
1. Advertise in the event program. The event program is a key resource for both student and recruiter attendees and includes the event schedule and fair layout, how-to articles, and helpful tips for students. Use your ad to encourage attendees to visit you at the fair or on your website. Both black and white and full color ads (NEW - Business Card size option!) are available in four sizes. Ads should be submitted in .pdf or .jpg format.
2. Advertise on this website. Last year, the Big Ten+ Graduate School Expo homepage received nearly 10,000 unique visitors between June 1 and October 31, with peak traffic in August and September. The Grad Expo website is visited by every attendee before the event - and students return after the event to download workshop presentations and handouts.
Place your ad in the margin of every Expo page and link all visitors directly to your website from now through October. The sooner you submit your ad, the longer it will be displayed! This is a great way to also capture those students and recruiters who visit the website but ultimately are unable to attend the event. Promotions driving your audience to the Expo website (and to your ad) begin in April and continue into October with post-Expo announcements.
A limited number of Web ads will be sold, and they will be placed in the margin in the order in which they are received. Web ads should be submitted in .jpg format.
3. Hyperlinked logos on the Attending Institutions page. Make your program listing stand out, and provide quick and easy access to your college’s or program’s website by sending us your logo and URL! We’ll include your logo with the description listed in our attending institutions page and hyperlink it to your website.
4. Slideshow. Showcase your campus, lab facilities or community by submitting a 3 minute PowerPoint slideshow (set to automatically advance, with no audio). All submissions will be played in a continuous loop during student breakfast and student lunch. This is a great way to encourage students to visit your booth at the fair or stop by your table at the dessert reception!
