Why is the Big Ten+ Graduate School Expo invitation only? How can I receive an invitation?

Due to space constraints and the popularity of the event, it has become necessary to make the Grad Expo an "invitation only" event. Priority is being given to Big Ten universities and Purdue's strategic peers. If you do not receive an invitation, we encourage you to join our mailing list and we will notify you if space becomes available. Please note that you do not need an invitation to participate in our advertising opportunities.

If I don't receive an invitation, is there any way I can still participate in the Expo?

You do not need an invitation to advertise in the event program or on the event Web site.

What is the difference between the Big Ten+ Grad School Expo and the Purdue Advance Yourself Fair that is held about the same time?

The primary differences are that the Graduate School Expo is specifically for potential graduate students interested in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Technology, or related fields. It attracts students from across the nation, and offers a series of workshops for attendees to learn about graduate education, such as how to apply, how to fund their graduate study, etc.

The Advance Yourself Fair, on the other hand, is specifically for Purdue students interested in pursuing a graduate or professional degree in any field of study.
