9:30 am - 12:15 pm Recruiter Check In, PMU
9:30 am - 12:15 pm Recruiter set up, PMU
10:30 am - 12:00 pm Premium Registrants: Roundtable brunch with students, location TBA
Standard Registrants: Brunch is on your own. The Boiler Express Card provided at check-in may be used towards your purchase at any restaurant in the Purdue Memorial Union.
12:15 pm - 3:15 pm Graduate School Fair, PMU North and South Ballrooms

2009 Expo Flyer
Make students aware of the Big Ten+ Grad Expo. Post this flyer around your institution, distribute it via e-mail, and hand it out at other recruitment fairs.
2009 Template
Let your prospective students know you will be at this year's Big Ten+ Grad Expo! This customizable message can be sent as an e-mail or postal letter to encourage prospective students from around the country to visit you at the Expo. Since travel scholarships are available, this is an excellent way for students to come learn more about you. Distribute this message to all your prospective student mailing lists, and feel free to add details about what your institution and/or program offers.

Purdue is in the Eastern time zone and observes Daylight Savings Time. The weather in Indiana can be unpredictable and often changes quickly. Check out the local forecast for your upcoming visit.

Refunds will be made to institutions whose cancellations are received by August 15, 2009. Purdue University reserves the right to cancel any program because of insufficient registrations. Purdue is not responsible for expenses incurred due to cancellations.
