Welcome to CS&E Program
Computational Science and Engineering (CS&E) at Purdue University is an interdisciplinary graduate program, that started in the fall of 1995. It offers specializations in 'Computational Science' and 'Computational Engineering' for graduate students in the participating departments across the Colleges of Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Health Science, and Technology. | Meghana Chitale is a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science with a Computational Life Science specialization at Purdue University. She has been working in the field of computational biology with Dr. Daisuke Kihara on algorithm development for computational protein function prediction, analysis of relationships between terms used for describing proteins, and missing enzyme prediction in metabolic pathways. Meghana received the Bilsland Dissertation Fellowship for the Summer and Fall 2011. | |||||||||
