To be eligible to schedule the doctoral final examination for the 2013 summer session, the preliminary examination must have been completed before or during the 2012 summer session.

Last day for the departments and the Registrar to add CAND 991 registrations to graduate student registrations. All requests to add graduate students to the candidate roster after this date must be sent to the Graduate School Office as an email to the gradweb email account.

All CAND 992 and CAND 993 registration requests must always be sent to the Graduate School for approval/processing.

Last day for a plan of study to be received by the Graduate School to graduate in August. (This means that the plan of study must be submitted by the student, signed by all advisory committee members and all appropriate departmental staff, and is awaiting only Gradudate School processing by 11:59 p.m. on this date.)

Last day to declare candidacy for degree for August graduation.
