Current Research Interests:

I'm interested understanding the mechanism of action of the enzymes in the isoprenoid pathway in gram negative bacteria. To this end, we are exploring time resolved crystallography with HMG-CoA reductase, and the chracterization and structure determination of other enzymes in that pathway.

It's fun.
