Welcome to PULSe!

The Purdue University Interdisciplinary Life Science Ph.D. program (PULSe)provides multiple opportunities for an interdisciplinary graduate experience in the life sciences. During the first year of study,students participate in four different lab rotations before choosing aresearch area and major professor. The PULSe program offers students:

 

One of the highlights of the PULSe program is the multiple research areas it allows students to pursue. These research areas, also called Training Groups, allow students to identify faculty members who have a common interest in a particular field of research. They include:
